Weitere Details:: Actin is a highly conserved protein that participates in a wide variety of cellular functions in eukaryotes including muscle contraction, amoeboid movement, cytokinesis and mitotic division. Beta actin is ubiquitously expressed in all eukaryotic cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1:100. Antigen retrieval using 0.01M sodium citrate buffer is recommended. Western Blot: 10ul/5ml Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-:1400 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
