Weitere Details:: Caplacizumab, firstly called ALX-0081, is a humanized single-variable-domain immunoglobulin consisting of two identical humanized building blocks genetically linked by a three-alanine linker. Caplacizumab was developed by Ablynx, a Sanofi company and FDA approved on February 6, 2019 and approved previously by the EU in October 2018 as a combination therapy with plasma exchange and immunosuppression. Applications: Suitable for use in Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
