Weitere Details:: p53 is a tumor suppressor gene expressed in a wide variety of tissue types and is involved in regulating cell growth, replication, and apoptosis. It binds to Mdm2, SV40 T antigen and human Papilloma virus E6 protein. p53 senses DNA damage and facilitates its repair. Mutation involving p53 is found in a wide variety of malignant tumors, including breast, ovary, bladder, colon, lung, and melanoma. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot (ECL): 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
