Weitere Details:: Ep-CAM may act as a physical homophilic interaction molecule between intestinal epithelial cells (IECs) and intraepithelial lymphocytes (IELs) at the mucosal epithelium for providing immunological barrier as a first line of defense against mucosal infection. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1-2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin sections): 0.5-1ug/ml for 30 min at RT. Requires HIER. Flow Cytometry: 1-2ug/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
