- CD31 is a 140kD cell surface glycoprotein that is expressed at high levels on endothelial cells, platelets and most leukocyte subpopulations. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200 Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:10-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Cells from immunized rats were fused with the cells of the rat Y3-Ag1.2.3 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
