Weitere Details:: L929 is fibrosarcoma cell line established by W. R Earle in 1940. This strain was derived from normal subcutaneous areolar and adipose tissue of a 100 day old male C3H/An mouse. Cells are APRT+ and HPRT+. L929 cells are used in studies of TNF-alpha, TNF-beta bioassays and cytokine assays. Quality Control: Western Blot analyzed by both GAPDH and Beta tubulin antibody Preparation Before Usage: Heat lysate to 95°C for 5 minutes and rapidly cool before use. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
