Molecular Weight: ~46kD Assay Conditions: IDO2 activity was confirmed using the IDO2 Inhibitor Screening BioAssay™ Kit and following the protocol provided. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, substrate specificity, and screening inhibitors. Other applications not tested. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
