Weitere Details:: CNDP2, known as tissue carnosinase and peptidase A, is a nonspecific dipeptidase rather than a selective carnosinase and is a secreted peptidase homologous to M20 peptidases. Also known as glutamate carboxypeptidase-like protein 1 (CPGL), CNDP2 is ubiquitously expressed throughout human tissue. CNDP2 hydrolyzes a variety of dipeptides including L-carnosine but has a strong preference for Cys-Gly and may be play a role as tumor suppressor in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
