- ZNF146 (OZF) overexpression in tumors may alter the balance between hRap1 and other telomeric proteins; therefore OZF function may be linked to telomere regulation. ZNF146 is strongly overexpressed in many pancreas and colorectal cancers. Increased gene copy numbers are detected in 3 of 12 tumor cell lines and 2 of 12 primary pancreatic carcinomas. ZNF146 is overexpresseed in 80% of colorectal cancers. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
