Weitere Details:: TRIM34 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. Expression of this gene is up-regulated by interferon. This gene is mappped to chromosome 11p15, where it resides within a TRIM gene cluster. Alternate splicing of this gene generates four transcript variants. Additionally, a read-through transcript transcribed from this gene and TRIM6 has been observed. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
