Weitere Details:: SUPT6H may be functionally analogous to SPT6 and emb-5 and may therefore regulate transcription through establishment or maintenance of chromatin structure. Spt6 may also participates in the regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II (RNAPII). Human Spt6 (hSpt6) is a classic transcription elongation factor that enhances the rate of RNAPII elongation. HSpt6 is capable of stimulating transcription elongation both individually and in concert with DRB sensitivity-inducing factor (DSIF). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
