Weitere Details:: Sra1 is a functional RNA which acts as a transcriptional coactivator that selectively enhances steroid receptor-mediated transactivation ligand-independently through a mechanism involving the modulating N-terminal domain (AF-1) of steroid receptors. Sra1 also mediates transcriptional coactivation of steroid receptors ligand-dependently through the steroid-binding domain (AF-2).Sra1 enhances cellular proliferation and differentiation and promotes apoptosis in vivo. Sra1 may play a role in tumorigenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
