Weitere Details:: Protein kinase C (PKC) is a family of serine- and threonine-specific protein kinases that can be activated by calcium and second messenger diacylglycerol. PKC family members phosphorylate a wide variety of protein targets and are known to be involved in playing key roles in diverse cellular signaling pathways. They regulate cell adhesion, differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis, and gene expression, with dysregulation linked to cancer and neurodegeneration. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and CHIP. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.2-1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
