- NOTO is a transcription regulator acting downstream of both FOXA2 and T during notochord development. It is required for node morphogenesis. It is essential for cilia formation in the posterior notochord (PNC) and for left-right patterning; it acts upstream of FOXJ1 and RFX3 in this process and is required for the expression of various components important for axonemal assembly and function. And it plays a role in regulating axial versus paraxial cell fate (By similarity). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
