Weitere Details:: This gene encodes a secreted peptide hormone and member of the gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) family of proteins. The encoded protein regulates reproductive function by stimulating the production and release of the gonadotropins follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). The encoded protein may inhibit endometrial, ovarian, prostate, and breast cancer cell proliferation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
