Weitere Details:: ERGIon Channel2 possibly play role in transport between endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi. ERGIon Channel2 is downregulated in prostate cancer. ERGIon Channel2 may play an important role in the growth and tumorigenicity of PC-3 prostate tumor cells. Ectopic expression of a partial sequence of ERGIon Channel2 as a VP22-fusion protein in prostate cancer cell line, PC-3, induced cellular senescence. Interferon-beta (IFN-beta) and a number of IFN-inducible genes were upregulated by the ERGIon Channel2-VP22 fusion protein. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
