- CDC42SE2 is probably involved in the organization of the actin cytoskeleton by acting downstream of CDC42, inducing actin filament assembly. It alters CDC42-induced cell shape changes. In activated T-cells, CDC42SE2 may play a role in CDC42-mediated F-actin accumulation at the immunological synapse and may play a role in early contractile events in phagocytosis in macrophages. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
