Weitere Details:: The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a cluster of genes that are important in the immune response to infections. In horses, this complex is referred to as the equine leukocyte antigen (ELA) region. MHC class I is expressed by all nucleated cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat; 1:25-1:200, 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: X63.Ag 8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
