A study shows that Octadecyl 3-(3,5-Di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate can protect the oxidation of soybean phosphatidylcholine liposomes in water dispersion, but cannot protect the oxidation of dimyristoyl phosphatidylcholine liposomes.
