Weitere Details:: Thought to be involved during neural development in axonal navigation at the ventral midline of the neural tube. In spinal chord development plays a role in guiding commissural axons probably by preventing premature sensitivity to Slit proteins thus inhibiting Slit signaling through ROBO1 (By similarity). Required for hindbrain axon midline crossing. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, cenrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
