Weitere Details:: Acts as a sulfur carrier required for molybdopterin biosynthesis. Component of the molybdopterin synthase complex that catalyzes the conversion of precursor Z into molybdopterin by mediating the incorporation of 2 sulfur atoms into precursor Z to generate a dithiolene group. In the complex, serves as sulfur donor by being thiocarboxylated (-COSH) at its C-terminal by MOCS3. After interaction with MOCS2B, the sulfur is then transferred to precursor Z to form molybdopterin. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200 Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200 Immunoprecipitation: 1:200-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
