Weitere Details:: Porcine IL-10 is a 19.93kD anti-inflammatory cytokine belonging to the IL-10 family. Secreted primarily by monocytes and to a lesser extent by certain T-cell subsets, porcine IL-10 functions in an inhibitory capacity downregulating Th1 cytokines, produced by activated macrophages. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.05-0.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
