Weitere Details:: Potent inhibitor of the complement membrane attack complex (MAC) action. Acts by binding to the C8 and/or C9 complements of the assembling MAC, thereby preventing incorporation of the multiple copies of C9 required for complete formation of the osmolytic pore. This inhibitor appears to be species-specific. Involved in signal transduction for T-cell activation complexed to a protein tyrosine kinase. Applications: Suitable for use in Indirect Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:2000 Immunofluorescence: 1:25 Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:250 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:25 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
