Weitere Details:: Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1), a member of the serine protease inhibitor (serpin) super family. PAI-1 is the principal inhibitor of tissue plasminogen activator and urokinase, the activators of plasminogen and hence fibrinolysis. PAI-1 is mainly produced by the endothelium but is also secreted by other tissue types, such as adipose tissue. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
