Weitere Details:: The LC8 family members of dynein light chains (DYNLL1 and DYNLL2 in vertebrates) are highly conserved ubiquitous eukaryotic homodimer proteins that interact, besides dynein and myosin 5a motor proteins, with a large (and still incomplete) number of proteins involved in diverse biological functions. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
