- Weitere Details:
- T-cell lymphoma invasion and metastasis-inducing protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TIAM1 gene. This gene is mapped to 21q22.11. TIAM1 modulates the activity of Rho GTP-binding proteins and connects extracellular signals to cytoskeletal activities. In addition, TIAM1 activates Rac1, CDC42, and to a lesser extent RhoA. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
