Weitere Details:: ETS1 belongs to a transcription factor family that regulates expression of several genes participating in extracellular matrix remodeling. ETS1 is expressed in many gastric carcinomas and oral squamus cell carcinomas. Members of the ETS family regulate a variety of genes involved in stem cell development, cell senescence, and tumorigenesis. This family of transcription factors recognizes the core consensus DNA sequence GGAA/T of target genes. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:100-1:500 Immunoprecipitation: 1:100-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
