Weitere Details:: CD8 is a 32-34kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. CD8alpha forms either a homodimer (2 alpha chains) or a heterodimer with CD8beta and is expressed on the surface of cytotoxic T cells, NK cells, cortical thymocytes, and dendritic cells. CD8 functions as a co-receptor for T cell receptor and specifically binds to class I MHC for antigen recognition and T cell activation. 367145 specifically binds the alpha chain of human CD8. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 5ul is sufficient for staining 1 million cells in a 100ul staining volume or 100ul of whole blood Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light.
