Weitere Details:: The CD7 antigen is expressed throughout T lymphocyte differentiation, and is present on 85% to 90% of peripheral blood T cells. In normal individuals, the CD7 antibody reacts with all CD8+ T cells, approximately 90% of CD4+ T cells, and most NK cells. CD7 is weakly reactive with monocytes and does not react with granulocytes or B lymphocytes. It is also expressed on 50% of thymocytes. In leukemias, the CD7 antigen is present on the majority of T lymphoid lineages. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 5ul is sufficient for staining of 1 million cells in a 100ul staining volume or 100ul of whole blood Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
