Weitere Details:
367077 selectively binds with a 67kD glycoprotein, known as CD33 having sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin. It belongs to the ITIM (immuno-receptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif) containing molecules able of recruiting protein tyrosine phosphatases. CD33 is expressed on myeloid progenitors, monocytes, granulocytes, dendritic cells and mast cells. It is absent on platelets, lymphocytes, erythrocytes and hematopoietic stem cells.  Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 5ul is found sufficient for staining 1 million PBMCs in 100ul staining volume or 0.1ml whole blood Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
