Weitere Details:: 367076 selectively binds with a 67kD glycoprotein, known as CD33 having sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin. It belongs to the ITIM (immuno-receptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif) containing molecules able of recruiting protein tyrosine phosphatases. CD33 is expressed on myeloid progenitors, monocytes, granulocytes, dendritic cells and mast cells. It is absent on platelets, lymphocytes, erythrocytes and hematopoietic stem cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.5ug/1x10e6 cells in 100ul of staining volume followed by a secondary florescent conjugated anti-mouse antibody Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
