Weitere Details:: CD2 is a 50kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is a specific marker for T lymphocytes, natural killer cells, thymic B cell subsets, and some antigen presenting cells. CD2 interacts with CD58 (LFA-3) and CD48 to mediate cell adhesion and induce co-stimulatory signals in T lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 5ul is sufficient for staining of 1 million cells in a 100ul staining volume or 100ul of whole blood Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light.
