Weitere Details:: CD117 is a 145kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein in the receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) family. The CD117 antigen is also known as c-kit and stem cell factor receptor (SCFR). The CD117 antigen is expressed primarily on hematopoietic progenitor cells, mast cells and neural crest-derived melanocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 5ul is sufficient for staining of 1 million cells in a 100ul staining volume or 100ul of whole blood Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
