Weitere Details:: UVRAG (UV radiation resistance-associated gene) is associated with the Beclin-1/PI3KC3 complex and promotes PI3KC3 enzymatic activity and autophagy, while suppressing proliferation (1). Beclin-1 binding to UVRAG promotes both autophagosome maturation and endocytic trafficking (2). UVRAG is also a potential tumor suppressor protein with frameshift mutations observed in colon and gastric carcinomas (3-4). It is highly expressed in the brain, lung, kidney and liver. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
