Weitere Details:: Recently sideroflexin 1 (Sfxn1) was shown to be a susceptible gene of flexed-tail (f/f) mice, and CTPL has turned out to be a rat orthologous protein of Sfxn3, a member of sideroflexin family. CTPL/Sfxn3 was targeted to mitochondrial membrane like Sfxn1. Might be involved in the transport of a component required for iron utilization into or out of the mitochondria. Recently sideroflexin 1 (Sfxn1) was shown to be a susceptible gene of flexed-tail (f/f) mice, and CTPL has turned out to be a rat orthologous protein of Sfxn3, a member of sideroflexinfamily. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
