Weitere Details:
D-dopachrome tautomerase converts D-dopachrome into 5,6-dihydroxyindole. The DDT gene is related to the migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in terms of sequence, enzyme activity, and gene structure. DDT and MIF are closely linked on chromosome 22. Although in similar positions, the introns are in different phases relative to the open reading frame. Other members of this superfamily exist in nematodes and a plant, and a related gene in C. elegans shares an intron position with MIF and DDT. In addition to similarities in structure, the genes for DDT and MIF are closely linked on human chromosome 22 and mouse chromosome 10. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
