Weitere Details:: AAC11 was cloned by database analysis and screening gingiva and leukemia cDNA libraries. The deduced 504aa human protein shares a high degree of identity with the long mouse protein. AAC11 contains several protein phosphorylation sites, 2 N-glycosylation sites, and a leucine-rich sequence with weak similarity to a leucine zipper motif. Northern blot analysis detected a major Aac11 transcript in all adult and embryonic mouse tissues examined and several other transcripts expressed in a tissue-specific manner. AAC11 expression was also detected in several human tumor cell lines. Western blot analysis of mouse fibroblasts detected a major 55kD protein and a minor 25kD protein, corresponding to the long and short Aac11 isoforms, respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:100-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:50-400 Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:50-500 Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:10-100 Immunocytochemistry: 1:50-500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
