Weitere Details:: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to VEGF with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the original hybridoma A.4.6.1. Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. This is the parental antibody clone to the humanized, therapeutic antibody Bevacizumab (marketed as Avastin) binding to VEGF. VEGF is a growth factor active in angiogenesis, vasculogenesis and endothelial cell growth. It induces endothelial cell proliferation, promotes cell migration, inhibits apoptosis and induces permeabilization of blood vessels. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
