- Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD200R with variable regions (i.e., specificity) from the hybridoma OX108. This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original mouse IgG1 format. Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. CD200R, a cell surface glycoprotein (also known as OX2R). In humans CD200R is expressed primarily by peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils but also by other leukocytes including T-lymphocytes and mast cells. Studies suggest that CD200-CD200R interaction may be involved in the control of myeloid cellular function. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
