- Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD200R with variable regions (i.e., specificity) from the hybridoma OX108. Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. CD200R, a cell surface glycoprotein (also known as OX2R). In humans CD200R is expressed primarily by peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils but also by other leukocytes including T-lymphocytes and mast cells. Studies suggest that CD200-CD200R interaction may be involved in the control of myeloid cellular function. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
