Weitere Details:: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD19 with variable regions (i.e., specificity) from the hybridoma 4G7. Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. CD19 is a 95kD transmembrane glycoprotein with two Ig-like C2-set domains. CD19 regulates B cell development and activation through interactions with CD21, CD22, and the B cell receptor. CD19 polymorphisms and upregulation lead to the development of autoimmunity by promoting autoantibody production. Within the extracellular domain, human CD19 shares 57% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat CD19. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
