Weitere Details:: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD11a with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the therapeutic antibody hu1124 (Efalizumab). This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Human IgG1 format. Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. Not for therapeutic use; this is a research grade biosimilar. CD11a, a subunit of leukocyte function antigen-1 (LFA-1), is expressed on all leukocytes. Binds to the LFA-1 alpha I domain blocking the ICAM-1 binding site via steric hindrance. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
