Weitere Details:: The spermatogenesis associated protein 4 (SPATA4) protein, also known as TSARG1, is highly expressed in testis, and to a much lower extent in other tissues. SPATA4 contains a highly conserved DUF1042 domain, but no significant homology with any other known protein. SPATA4 is thought to play an important role in the development of cryptorchid testis and is a testis-specific apoptosis candidate oncogene. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 20ug/ml Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 2.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Mouse Stomach Tissue Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
