Weitere Details:: SDHAF2 (Succinate dehydrogenase complex assembly factor 2) encodes a mitochondrial protein needed for FAD cofactor attach to the SDH enzyme which plays a critical role in mitochondria. SDHAF2 is a tumor suppressor, but recent evidence suggests that somatic mutations of the SDHAF2 are unlikely to contribute to parathyroid tumor development in sporadic primary hyperparathyroidism. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Rat Liver Tissue Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
