Weitere Details:: The leucine zipper putative tumor suppressor 2 (LZTS2, also known as LAPSER1), a member of the LZTS family, is a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway. It represses beta- catenin-mediated transcriptional activation by promoting the nuclear exclusion of betacatenin. LZTS2 is involved in cytokinesis and regulates katanin-mediated microtubule severing and release from the centrosome. LZTS2 may negatively regulate axonal outgrowth by preventing the formation of microtubule bundles that are necessary for transport within the elongating axon. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 20ug/ml Western Blot: 1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 2.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human Kidney Tissue Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
