Weitere Details:: The DEP domain-containing 1B (DEPDC1B) protein was initially identified as a radiation response biomarker in human lymphoblastoid cell lines (1). Like the related protein DEPDC1A, expression of DEPDC1B correlates with a poor prognosis in cancer patients (2,3). Studies have shown that DEPDC1B levels are upregulated in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and have an inverse correlation with patient survival. Ectopic expression of DEPDC1B in NSCLC activated Wnt/B-catenin signaling and enhanced cell migration and invasion while silencing DEPDC1B expression suppressed these traits (2). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: K562 Cell Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
