Weitere Details:: Mitochondrial ribosome recycling factor, also known as MRRF, is a 262aa protein that belongs to the ribosome recycling factor (RRF) family. Localized to mitochondria, MRRF is responsible for the release of ribosomes from messenger RNA at the termination of protein biosynthesis. It may increase the efficiency of translation by recycling ribosomes from one round of translation to another. MRRF belongs to the RRF family. 8 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: FO myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
