Weitere Details:: Controls the development of red pulp macrophages required for red blood cells recycling and iron homeostasis. Transcription factor that binds to the PU-box, a purine-rich DNA sequence (5'-GAGGA[AT]-3') that can act as a lymphoid-specific enhancer. Regulates VCAM1 gene expression (By similarity). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Immunofluorescence: 1:200-1:1000 ELISA: 1:10,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
