- KCTD5 (potassium channel tetramerization domain containing 5) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with KCTD5 include rectal neoplasm, and agoraphobia. Its interaction with CUL3 suggests that it may act as a substrate adapter in some E3 ligase complex. Does not affect the function of Kv channel Kv2.1/KCNB1, Kv1.2/KCNA2, Kv4.2/KCND2 and Kv3.4/KCNC4. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
