Weitere Details:: Sca-1 is an 18kD phosphatidylinositol-anchored protein that is a member of the lymphocyte antigen 6 (Ly-6) family. Sca-1 is encoded by the strain-specific Ly-6 E/A allelic gene. Its expression on multipotent hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) has been used as a marker of HSCs in mice of both Ly-6 haplotypes. Sca-1-positive HSCs can be found in the adult bone marrow, fetal liver, and mobilized peripheral blood and spleen in the adult animal. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000 Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
